This paper tries to seek a novel DC linear permanent motor which has multilayer-airgap and plate armature with slot, and well solve the problem that this kind of motor required high proportion of thrust-force to volume. 本文提出了一种多层气隙平板式的直流直线电动机结构,比较好地解决了此类电动机所要求的高推力/体积比的问题。
The result shows that armature reaction reactance can be calculated by traditional electrical machine design method; leakage reactance of semicircular slot can be determined by round-shape slot and rectangle slot leakage reactance; and FEM is more suitable for end region leakage reactance calculation. 结果表明Powerformer的电枢反应电抗可以采用传统电机设计方法计算,半圆形槽漏抗可以根据传统圆形槽和矩形槽漏抗的计算方法来确定,端部漏抗适宜采用有限元方法计算。
The main parameters formula of the six-phase disc permanent magnet synchronous motor is also put forward, such as armature reactance and slot leak reactance. The corresponding finite element method of these parameters also been introduced. the two results are basically the same. 推导了六相盘式永磁同步电动机的电枢反应电抗、漏抗等的计算公式,同时也给出了这些参数相应的有限元计算方法,两种计算结果基本一致。
